As of the 1st of October 2018, the prerequisite for candidates wishing to become ACS Gas qualified, who hold an associated trade qualification (i.e. NVQ Level 2 Plumbing), will now have to complete a Managed Learning Programme.
As of the 1st of October 2018, there are industry updates in relation to ACS training and assessments. These updates have been published by E&U Skills and passed down to us by our certification body Logic Certification Ltd.
There are two courses available; the one day top up from the 17th Edition BS7671 and the full course for those coming to this for the first time. The second course runs for 3 days and covers everything you need to know to pass the assessment and get your qualification.
At SETA we have designed two courses to help you get ready for this change; a one day 18th Edition update course and a 4 day full 18th Edition course . Both come with a FREE copy of the 18th Edition book!
We now have our Loyalty Scheme for SETA Candidates up and running, meaning once you have completed your ACS assessments you can join.
18th Edition is set to launch in January 2018, with enforcement around July 2018. If you would like more information on this as soon as it is produced, we will be happy to send details.
If you have little or no experience what better way to find out more than by attending one of our open taster sessions?
